Alton William Chrisner

Alton W. Chrisner, 69, passed away on June 16, 2020 in Waco, Texas.   Visitation with the family will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2020 from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. at Jones Funeral Services Chapel, with a Celebration of Life following at 2:00 p.m. with Corkey Wells officiating. 

Mr. Chrisner was born on December 7, 1950 in Shiloh, Texas to Curtis & Mary Hall Chrisner.  He loved the rodeo life, having rode bulls and enjoyed teaching/assisting little ones, including his daughter, with mutton busting.  He traveled across the country driving a truck.  Alton had a huge heart and was always laughing and cutting jokes.  He also enjoyed dancing. 

Alton was preceded in death by his wife, Lisa Chrisner; brothers, Raymond Chrisner and Kenny Chrisner and parents, Curtis & Mary Helen Chrisner.  He is survived by his daughter, Jeana Chrisner of Valley Mills, Texas; son, William Chrisner of Mexia, Texas; sisters, Martha Chrisner of Mexia and Aniece Sepuldeda of San Antonio, Texas;  brothers,  Al Odom of Marlin, Texas and James Chrisner of Tampa, Florida; as well as numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and loved ones/friends.
