Barbara Ann Olguin, 49 of Coolidge, passed away on September 17, 2021 at Ascension Providence Medical Center in Waco. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 19, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at Jones Funeral Services Chapel. Per her request, there will be no formal visitation and she will be cremated after the service.
Barbara was born on June 19, 1972 in Hillsboro, Texas to Garfield Valdez & Mary Villarreal. She was known to be a very loving, outgoing person. She was forgiving and a very giving person, who would give you the shirt off her back and expect nothing in return. She was very devoted to her family, and enjoyed being a soccer mom to her kids, since she loved soccer. Barbara loved to dance and was always singing. She was a familiar face to the customers at the Lake Mexia Store and the One Stop in Coolidge, where she was employed.
She is survived by her daughter, Victoria Macias of Coolidge; sons, Pablo Olguin of Fairfield and Giovanni Valdez of Waco; mother, Mary Villarreal of Waco; sister, Diana Villarreal of Waco and brother, Sam Garcia of Waco.
