Bonnie May McBee, 70 of Mexia, passed away on February 5, 2022 at Parkview Regional Hospital in Mexia.  She requested to be cremated and no formal services will be held.

Bonnie was born on May 9, 1951 in Beaumont, California to Rex & Bernice Woods Dishman.  She was a proud veteran, having served in the U.S. Army.  She was a homemaker and beloved mom and grandma.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Thomas Brashears.  Survivors include her son, Nick Cromeenes & wife, Tabitha; daughter, Veronica Rowe; son, Bobbie Barnes; sister, Sherry Stone; niece, Cheryl Stone; five grandchildren and numerous cousins and beloved pets.
