Carol Sue McFall, 72 and formerly of Mexia, went to her Heavenly Home in the early morning hours of April 25, 2024 at her son’s home in Liberty Hill, Texas.
Carol Sue was born on February 14, 1952 in San Angelo, Texas. She earned her Master’s Degree from Sam Houston University. Carol Sue had been in the community all her life, until 2020 when she moved to be with Rob and his family. She retired after 37 years with the Mexia State School in social services and QMRP coordinator. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Mexia.
Carol Sue was preceded in death by her biological father, Wesley Evans; parents, Jack & Sudie Floyd and brother, Larry Evans.
She is survived by her son Robert McFall & wife, Tiffany of Liberty Hill, Texas; grandson, Jackson McFall; granddaughter, Adison McFall; sister-in-law, Donna Evans; nephew, Brett Evans & wife, Hillary; niece, Meredith Doty & husband, Trey; nephew, Wil Floyd & wife, Jerri; nephew, Carl Floyd & wife, Rikki; and niece, Candace Floyd.
Memorial services will be held for Carol Sue on Sunday, May 19, 2024 at 2:30 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Mexia.
