Dale Ingham Rasbeary

Dale Ingham Rasbeary, 59 of Mexia, passed away on August 29, 2021 at Providence Medical Center in Waco.  Graveside services will be held on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Tehuacana Cemetery.  Visitation with the family will be held Friday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Rasbeary was born on June 28, 1962 in Pasadena, Texas to William Cullen & Priscilla Rasbeary.  He had many occupations over his life, from driving a truck, to being a self-employed contractor, doing fence building and had a tire shop.  He loved racing cars, including visiting Prairie Hill.  He even built a couple of race cars.  He liked to put his daughter, April, in the race cars when she was little and would rev up the engine and put the biggest grin on her face. 

Dale was preceded in death by his son-in-law, Michael Fletcher and great-grandson, Jeremiah.  Survivors include his mother, Priscilla Rasbeary; fiancé, Sheila Whitson; brother, Cullen Rasbeary & wife, Jewell; children, April Maldonado & husband, Valentin, Jeani Rasbeary-Fletcher, Elayna Martin and Dustin Martin; nine grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins, that were like close family.
