Donna Hicks Nichols

\Donna Hicks Nichols entered into heaven on June 4, 2026. Donna was a devoted wife, mother, Gammy,  Sister and Aunt.

 She was born March 13, 1974 to Judy Marie Dabney and Robert Edward Ferguson in Mexia, Texas. She married her first husband Ollie Lee Hicks on January 19, 1991. They had 4 wonderful children Ollie Jr, Gage, Elizabeth and Jacob. Ollie tragically passed in August of 1996. On June 11th, 1999 she then united with her true love Wayne, they blended their family adding Britteny and Caty. They spent 28 wonderful years together. 

Donna is preceded in death by her parents and previous husband Ollie, many beloved aunts and uncles and her favorite daughter Milly, her much loved dog. She is survived by her loving husband Wayne, sons Ollie and wife Kathryn, Gage, Jacob and wife Leyla. Daughters Elizabeth, Britteny and husband Devin, and Caty. Sister Gina and husband Joey. Sixteen grand children, nieces Kaylee and husband Austen, Brianna, Riley , Sarah and nephew Tyler. One great niece and nephew, along with numerous extended family members. 

Visitation will be at Jones Funeral Services on Friday June 12th from 6pm-8pm in Mexia. Service will be Saturday June 13th 2pm at Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church. Internment will follow at the Kirk cemetery.
