Eddell Virginia Krahmer went to Heaven on December 13, 2025. She was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on December 28, 1927, to Samuel Almond Steward and Violet Mary Steward. After almost a century of her faith in the Lord, love for her family and ALL animals, jalapenos, chocolate and listening to Willie Nelson music non-stop…she passed away peacefully.
There wasn’t anyone she met that did not instantly become drawn to her smile, laughter, humor and charm. She was one of a kind and will be truly missed. Her family and friends all know Eddell has had her last wish fulfilled, to “get a new body” and to “see what Jesus looks like.”
She is survived by her granddaughter, Stacey Cantu and her husband Gary of Colleyville, Texas; grandson, Jerry Milam and his wife, Kristen of Garland, Texas; son-in-law, Harvey “Burt” Williams of Georgetown, Texas; great-granddaughter, Autumn Violet Milam and great-grandson Griffin Cantu. She was preceded in death by her father Samuel “Al” Steward; mother, Violet M. “Vallie” Steward, daughter, Violet Radell Willams and son, Ricky Stilwell.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Kittery in Mexia or St. Mary’s Catholic Church of Mexia, Texas.
