Ernest Boucher Obituary

Ernest Ray Boucher, Sr. was born October 24th, 1946 to Ira T. & Viva O. Boucher in Concord, Texas. 

Growing up in and around Central Texas, he attended school in Teague, eventually becoming involved in High School athletics, primarily football and basketball. 

He was a lifelong outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, and communing with nature.  He especially enjoyed bow hunting, and in later years, capturing animals in their natural habit using video cameras and still photography.

He spent the majority of his professional life in the residential and commercial HVAC industry, with the last 20+ years of his career working for R.E.C. Industries in College Station.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Bonnie Wiemert and Patricia Pinson, nephew Jimmy Caston, and niece Pamela Rogers.

He is survived by his son, Ray Boucher of Mexia, granddaughters Bethany Boucher of Waco and Marisa Boucher of Bryan, numerous nieces and nephews including Nell Best, Donna Nix, Mary Millican, Cherelle Woolard, Kenneth Millican, Robert Millican, David Caston, and Christopher Pinson among many others.

A small memorial service will be held Saturday, June 27th at 11 AM at the Point Enterprise Cemetery.
