Jeanette was born on June 30, 1961 in Ft. Worth, Texas to Juan & Leonila Lopez. She married the love of her life December 3, 1977. They did everything together, from cooking, to remodeling houses, to yard work. She enjoyed helping her husband with anything he had to do. She spent the last 30 years working at Parkview Regional Hospital in Mexia, starting at housekeeping and working her way up to a medical assistant. Jeanette was a very strong willed, go getter person. She never started a job or task that she didn’t finish, even if it was late at night or she was tired. She was a very neat and clean person; everything had its place. When she wasn’t working or cleaning or helping everyone else with whatever they may need, she was a kid at heart. She loved at Easter time to be out with the kids, chasing them and throwing confetti eggs. She also enjoyed Halloween every year, and dressing up was a definite, she truly was the life of the party and gave a positive, happy vibe wherever she was. Jeanette never met a stranger, and that showed in one of her favorite things to do, baking and cooking. She baked her coworkers at the hospital birthday cakes every year, and all loved her breakfast tacos.
