Jewel Carter Obituary

Jewel Virginia Carter, 93 of Mexia, passed away on March 30, 2023, at the Groesbeck LTC.

Mrs. Carter was born on February 23, 1930, in Streetman, Texas. Among survivors are her daughter, Kathie Carter and Son, Allan Carter.
