Jimmie Grelen Obituary

Jimmie Louise Grelen, 77 of Mexia, passed away on July 5, 2021 at the Windsor Nursing Home in Groesbeck. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Ft. Parker Cemetery. There will be no formal visitation.

Mrs. Grelen was born on January 25, 1944 in Telephone, Texas to Bland & Virginia Inez Goar. She was a retired union inspector and nurse with the Manor Nursing Home in Mexia.

Jimmie was preceded in death by her parents; son, Blake Johnson, Jr.; daughters, Cindy Miller and Janice Gregory and sisters, Pat Gates, Sandra Mavceri and Debbie Maraz. She is survived by her sons, Michael Johnson and David Johnson of Mexia and brothers, Jerry Goar, Stanley Milligan and Kermit Milligan.
