Jimmy Ray Ratliff, 63 of Josephine, Texas and formerly of Wortham, Texas, passed away on October 7, 2023 at the T. Boone Pickens Hospice Center in Dallas, Texas. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. at Woodland Cemetery in Kirvin, Texas.
Mr. Ratliff was born on July 19, 1960 in Dallas, Texas to George Allen & Velma Lee Lois Ballew Ratliff. He enjoyed woodworking, building shelves and redoing old school park benches. He also loved cars and going to car shows as well as antiquing.
Jimmy was preceded in death by his siblings, Bobby and Richard Ratliff, as well as parents, George and Velma Ratliff. He is survived by his children, Adam Colby Ratliff & wife, Sheryl of Burleson, Texas and Cody Jacob Ratliff of Josephine, Texas; grandchildren, Mason Ratliff, Annalyn Darland, Liam Ratliff and Charlene Ratliff (Charli); brothers, George Ratliff and wife, Betty of Grand Prairie, Texas, Alan Ratliff & wife, Misty of Rowlett, Texas and Gary Ratliff of Garland, and sister, Mary Rios & husband, Daniel of Killeen, Texas.
