Joe Alvin Chambers

Joe Alvin Chambers, 68 of Groesbeck, passed away on April 30, 2026, at Baylor Scott & White Hillcrest in Waco. Joe was born on October 5, 1957, in Mexia, Texas to Geroge & Alma Simpson Chambers. 

He spent time in the restaurant industry and was a truck driver.

He loved his children and grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them. 

Joe was preceded in death by his parents.  Left to cherish his memory are his sons, Phillip Chambers of Groesbeck, Nathan Chambers of Mexia, Danny Chambers of Mexia, Jacob Chambers of Longview, Micah Chambers of Corsicana, and Joey Chambers of Mexia; grandchildren, Ian, Tessa, Jonathan, Savannah, Shiloh, Madison, Lucy, Addie, Dylan and Antonio.   

The family will hold a private celebration of life at a later date.
