Martha Chrisner

Martha Janiece Chrisner, 65 of Mexia, passed away on January 11, 2024 at Parkview Regional Hospital with her family by her side.  Graveside services will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at Mexia Cemetery with Heath Smith officiating.  Visitation with the family will be held Friday evening from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home. 

Martha was born on June 3, 1958 in Mexia, Texas.  After graduating from high school, she spent her career as a rock haul truck driver.  She enjoyed visiting with family and friends, hanging out at the local VFW, watching lifetime movies and soap operas and big red floats.  She also enjoyed sitting on the pier fishing. 

Martha was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Raymond, Alton, Al and Kenneth Chrisner.  She is survived by her daughters, Ashly Willmon of Mexia and Kimberly Kirchner of Mexia; grandchildren, Rylan Talbott of Buffalo and Carter Cinello of Mexia; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
