Nancy Lou Houston

Nancy Lou Houston, 51, passed away on July 8, 2022 at her residence.  Graveside services will be held on Saturday, July 23, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. at Mexia Cemetery.  Visitation with the family will be held prior to the service from 4:30-5:30 p.m. at Jones Funeral Services. 

Nancy was born on November 7, 1970 in Gainesville, Texas to Harold Ray Gossett and Deborah Sue Fithan.  She was a stay-at-home mom who enjoyed fishing, crochet, arts/crafts, dream catchers and Indian culture.  She was also a great cook, who made the best goulash ever.  But more importantly, her favorite was playing with her grandkids. 

Nancy was preceded in death by her father, Harold Gossett. Survivors include her husband, Ben Houston; daughters, Krystine Houston and husband, Raul Natividad, Tiffany Houston and husband, Joseph Krolczyk; son, Nicholas Houston; grandchildren, Lydia Natividad, Austin Natividad, Theodore Natividad; Joseph Krolczyk and Addalyn Krolczyk and sister, Tammy Gossett, and her mother, Deborah Gossett.  

Serving as pallbearers are Nicholas Houston, Raul Natividad, Tillman Moore, Joseph Krolczyk, Jimmie West and Jimmy Dossey.
