Patty Rogers Obituary

Patty Rogers, 58 of Waco and formerly of Mexia, passed away on March 27, 2022 at Providence Place Hospital in Waco, surrounded by family and friends.

Patty was born on October 1, 1963 in Mexia, Texas to Lorenzo Rogers & Julia Prado. She graduated from Mexia High School in 1982. Her last job was working as an Inspector with Hobbs Fibers in Waco.

Patty is survived by her father, Lorenzo Rogers of Waco; mother, Julia Garcia of Bryan; brothers and sisters, Jimmy Rogers of Mexia, Juan Garcia of Bryan, Marta Garcia of Bryan, Anele Rogers of Waco and Lorenzo Rogers Jr. of Waco; best friend forever, Norma Perez of Mexia; as well as six nieces and six nephews.

It was Patty’s request to be cremated and no formal services held.
