Peggy Eutzy

Peggy Eutzy, 78, of Mexia, passed away on January 12, 2019 at her residence. At her request, there will be no public service.

Peggy was born on April 6, 1940 in Susquehanna, Pennsylvania to Frank & Minerva Eutzy. She graduated from Susquehanna Township High School in 1958, and had been in the Mexia community since 1969. She was formerly direct care staff with the Mexia State Supported Living Center.

Ms. Eutzy was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Frank "Dick" Eutzy, brother & sister-in-law, Donald & Carol Eutzy; and sisters and brothers-in-law, Dale & Betty Searer and Dick & Ida "Sis" Stout. She is survived by her sons, Michael "Scotty" Eutzy, Robert "Bobby" Figard & wife, Shelly Wilder of Mexia and Frank "Tony" Figard & wife, Carlos Carter of Mexia; daughter, Michelle Renee Figard & husband, Rocky Wadlington of Tacoma, Washington, and best friend, Geneva Hamill; grandchildren, Alidah Figard, Luke Figard, Taylin Dixon, Lilly Figard, Austin Dixon and Dylan Eutzy.
