Richard Wayne Bozeman

Richard Wayne Bozeman, 55 of Mexia, passed away on August 12, 2021 at Providence Place Hospice in Waco.  A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 16, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Old Armor Cemetery in Coolidge. Visitation will be held Sunday afternoon from 4-6 p.m. at the funeral home.   

Mr. Bozeman was born on July 24, 1966 in Dallas, Texas to Samuel and Mary Ann Bozeman. He was in the area since very early on and was employed doing construction work for Heath Smith.  Richard was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Coolidge.  He loved hunting, was always ready for deer season; music, and taking sunset pictures out on his boat. 

Richard was preceded in death by his parents, Mary Ann & Samuel Thomas Bozeman; niece, Brandy Nicole Brasher, and step-mother, Peggy Bozeman.  Survivors include his brother, Marty Dockins of Dayton, Texas; sisters, Christine Kilgore of Coolidge and Audrey Elaine Roberts of Lake Mexia; and step-siblings, Sandra, Diane, Patty and Kenny.
