Robert Bolton

Robert Wayne “Bobby” Bolton, 60 of Mexia, passed away on December 2, 2022, at his residence.  A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, December 17, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Jones Funeral Services Chapel.  Family visitation will be before the services, starting at 1:00 p.m. 

Bobby was born on November 18, 1962 in Mexia, Texas.  He worked for HEB in Mexia and Waco as a grocery manager.  Bobby’s hobbies included watching his Dallas Cowboys, which he was very passionate about, and other sports and old shows with his mother. He liked scratch off tickets and was lucky with them.  He was very meticulous with his cleaning and detailing his truck. 

Bobby was preceded in death by his sister, Debbie Baldwin.  Survivors include his mother, Marilyn Bolton of Mexia; sisters, Linda Bolton – Groh of Lorena and Twink Bolton of Mexia; several cousins, nieces and nephews; as well as friend, Bryan Brady.

The family would like to express their gratitude to the people of hospice and Bobby’s caregivers, who gave him such good care.
