Ronnaleigh Davis

Ronnaleigh Davis, 82, passed away on January 3, 2022 at Skilled Care in Mexia.  Ms. Davis was born on October 6, 1939 in Warsaw, New York to Robert James Thorne & Ethel Harriet Chasey.

Ms. Davis was a retired Systems Engineer with IBM.  Ronna had a passion for golf, specifically playing with her love, Hal.  She also enjoyed having parties for friends and family.  One of her most famous was a “hurricane” party, where she invited friends over during a voluntary evacuation due to a hurricane in South Texas. 

Ronna’s direct communication style rubbed some the wrong way, but for those that knew her well, knew she would do anything for anyone.  She will be missed by family and friends alike.  

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Harlan Ulrickson in 2008.  Survivors include her daughters, Taraleigh Gish and husband, Anthony, Tamralynn Self and Tracalene Ruiz & husband, Lorenzo Ruiz III; siblings, Robert Thorne & wife, Joann, Donna Clayton & husband, Donald; grandchildren, Brittany Leigh Imler (Jason Imler), Mikel Bishop (Jesse Bishop), Zachary Thorne Spross, Ethan Tyler Spross and Chase Maxwell Kelley.   

There are no services for Ms. Davis planned.
