Sheri Cawthorn Jackson

Sheri Cawthorn Jackson, 48, of Wortham, passed away on November 6, 2018 at Scott & White Hillcrest Medical Center in Waco. Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, November 11, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Jones Funeral Services Chapel with Reverend Justin Colquette, officiating. Interment will follow at Salem Cemetery in Freestone County. Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. on Sunday. Serving as pallbearers are Roy Cawthorn, Mark Cawthorn, Roy Cawthorn, III, Bert Finley, Kendrick Busby and Robert Jackson.


Ms. Jackson was born on November 8, 1969 in Mexia to Roy & Clara Beene Cawthorn. She was a manager at an automotive store.


Survivors include her husband, David Jackson of Monroe, Louisiana; children, Aislinn Cawthorn of Wortham, Wyatt Jackson of Wortham and Morgan Jackson of Wortham; granddaughters, Paisley Sullivan and Genesis Sullivan on Wortham; brothers, Roy Cawthorn, Jr. of Mineola, Texas and Mark Cawthorn of Richland, Texas; nieces, Christy Culpepper, Cassie Cawthorn and Hallie Cox; nephews, Roy Cawthorn, III and Cory Cawthorn; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.
