Trooper Burks Obituary
Trooper Isaac Burks was born on June 4, 2019 at Baylor Scott & White Hillcrest Hospital in Waco, and went home to be with Jesus on June 6, 2019. A celebration of his life will be held on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Mexia First Assembly of God Church with Pastor Bryan Hallmark and Pastor Jason Ellis, officiating. Interment will follow at Little Tehuacana Baptist Church Cemetery in Axtell. Family visitation will be held Monday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Jones Funeral Services.
Trooper is survived by his parents, Jermane & Wendy Burks; maternal grandparents, Mike & Judy Bell; paternal grandmother, Linda Burks; aunts & uncles, Theresa Prasil & husband, Rick and their children, Charliee & Shelby; Michael Bell, sons Brett & Ryan, and wife Rhonda; John Burks & wife, Johntae and their daughter, Jasmine; LaToya Burks; as well as numerous other cousins and extended family.
The family request that memorial contributions in Trooper's memory be made to the TEARS Foundation.
