Ysleta Louise Taylor

Ysleta Louise Taylor, 64, passed away on March 3, 2022 at her residence near Kirvin.  Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 9, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at the Fairfield Church of Christ in Fairfield, Texas, with Minister Jason Schick officiating.  Interment will follow at Woodland Cemetery near Kirvin.  Visitation with the family will be held Tuesday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Jones Funeral Services in Mexia.

Ms. Taylor was born on July 13, 1957 in Dallas, Texas to William Harris Taylor & Billie Louise Prestriedge.  She had been in the local community since 2012.

Ysleta was preceded in death by her parents, William Taylor and Billie Barnett.  Survivors include her husband, Jimmy Ratliff of Wortham, Texas; daughter, Michelle Wooden & husband, Lee of Waco; sons, Nicholus Taylor & wife, Julie Clasper of Dawson, Texas, Clinton Taylor of Arlington, Texas, Ethan Taylor & wife, Kaitlyn of Watauga, Texas, Colby Ratliff & wife, Sheryl of Burleson, Texas and Jacob Ratliff of Josephine, Texas; grandchildren, Ty Wooden of Waco, Texas, Finley Taylor of Dawson, Texas, Logan Taylor of Watauga, Texas, Charlie Ratliff, Liam Ratliff, Mason Ratliff, Annalyn Ratliff; sister, Sarita Bunnell and husband, Ezra of Lavernia, Texas and brothers, Martin Taylor & wife, Kim of Arlington, Texas and Donald Barnett & wife, Cindie of Pittsburg, Missouri. 

Serving as pallbearers are Nick Taylor, Clinton Taylor, Ethan Taylor, Lee Wooden, Colby Ratliff and Jacob Ratliff.
